CANCELLATION POLICY

The organizers may postpone, modify or cancel the event due to force majeure, organizational, operational or market-related reasons, or any extraordinary circumstance that may affect its viability or prevent the organizers from guaranteeing the expected standards of quality, participation, representation and business opportunities.

In the event of definitive cancellation, registered participants may request a full refund of the registration fee. The organizers' liability shall be limited exclusively to this amount and shall not cover any additional expenses, such as accommodation, transportation, travel, meals, visas or other services contracted.
