TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ENERGYEAR S.L. sets forth its terms of use, which must be observed by all customers and visitors, in connection with the use of services, the network and/or systems or programs (“Services”) owned by ENERGYEAR S.L..
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. By using the ENERGYEAR S.L. website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the ENERGYEAR S.L. website. ENERGYEAR S.L. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of these terms at any time. The subscriber should periodically review these terms to check whether any changes have been made. Continued use of the ENERGYEAR S.L. website after changes to these terms have been made shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
Sales Policy
Process: The user must register for the event they are interested in, which can be done through the website on the corresponding registration page. Registrations are sent directly to info@energyear.com, where they will be automatically processed and confirmed by email.
The user will not be formally registered until they have completed the registration and made the corresponding payment. Once this has been completed, a registration confirmation will be sent to them. All registrations that have not been paid within 5 days of registration will be cancelled and the reserved place will be forfeited. If, on the day the event begins, the user has not completed the payment, they will not be entitled to a place and, therefore, will not be entitled to attend the event.
Payments may be made through our virtual POS using Visa and MasterCard cards, or by bank deposit/bank transfer to the account(s) indicated for this purpose.
Cancellation Policy
The organization reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel an event when circumstances of a market, structural, operational or contextual nature arise, as well as in cases of force majeure, organizational reasons or extraordinary or unforeseen events beyond its control, which may affect the holding, development, attendance or viability of the event, or which, in the organization’s reasonable judgment, prevent it from guaranteeing the standards of quality, representation, participation and business opportunities that the organization undertakes to offer its attendees and partners.
In the event of the definitive cancellation of the event, registered participants will be entitled to request a full refund of the amount actually paid for registration. The organization’s liability shall be strictly limited to this amount and shall not extend to any additional direct or indirect expenses that attendees may have incurred in connection with their participation or intended attendance at the event, including, but not limited to, accommodation, transportation, travel, meals, visas, or any other services contracted directly by the attendee or through third parties.
Refund Policy
The user is entitled to a refund of the registration fee under the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations must be notified in writing by sending an email to info@energyear.com.
Cancellations notified through any other means will not be accepted. The email must include all registration details, including first and last name, date, contact details, and bank account number (BIC/IBAN/SWIFT).
The refund rates are as follows:
- Cancellations made at least 15 calendar days prior to the event will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, less 50% for administrative and management costs.
- Cancellations made less than 15 calendar days before the event date will not be eligible for any refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days following the end of the event, by bank transfer to the person who made the payment.
Replacement policy
If the registered person is unable to attend the event, and notice is provided at least 4 calendar days before the event date, they may be replaced by another person from the same organization.
In any case, the person attending as a replacement for the originally registered participant must also complete their registration and request the change by contacting info@energyear.com.
