GW. Nuestro prop\u00f3sito es apoyar la transici\u00f3n hacia un mundo m\u00e1s sostenible invirtiendo y gestionando activos de infraestructuras sostenibles, al tiempo que creamos valor a largo plazo para nuestros inversores y el resto de nuestros grupos de inter\u00e9s.<\/p><p>En 2022, nuestro sector de renovables represent\u00f3 el 75% de nuestros ingresos. Complementamos nuestra cartera de activos renovables con activos de almacenamiento, gas natural eficiente e infraestructuras de transporte, como facilitadores de la transici\u00f3n hacia un mix energ\u00e9tico limpio. Tambi\u00e9n poseemos activos de agua, un sector relevante para el desarrollo sostenible.<\/p><p>Actualmente poseemos 44 activos que, por lo general, tienen ingresos contratados o regulados. A 31 de marzo de 2023, nuestros activos ten\u00edan una vida contractual restante media ponderada de aproximadamente 14 a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Tenemos la intenci\u00f3n de hacer crecer nuestro negocio a trav\u00e9s de oportunidades de desarrollo y construcci\u00f3n y adquisiciones de terceros, as\u00ed como la optimizaci\u00f3n de la cartera existente, la expansi\u00f3n y las oportunidades de repotenciaci\u00f3n. Actualmente tenemos una cartera de activos en desarrollo de aproximadamente 2,0 GW de energ\u00eda renovable y 5,8 GWh de almacenamiento. Aproximadamente el 43% de los proyectos son fotovoltaicos, el 40% de almacenamiento y el 15% e\u00f3licos, mientras que se espera que el 17% de los proyectos est\u00e9n listos para construirse (\u00abRtb\u00bb) en 2023 o 2024, el 16% se encuentran en fase de desarrollo avanzado y el 67% en fase inicial.
