data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Superintendencia de Electricidad constituye el ente regulador del subsector el\u00e9ctrico dominicano y tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de fiscalizar y supervisar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales, reglamentarias y la normativa t\u00e9cnica aplicables al subsector, en relaci\u00f3n con el desarrollo de las actividades de generaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de electricidad, y as\u00ed mismo es responsable de establecer las tarifas y peajes sujetos a regulaci\u00f3n de precios.<\/p><p>La Superintendencia de Electricidad fue creada mediante\u00a0Ley General de Electricidad (LGE) No. 125-01\u00a0, promulgada en fecha 26 de julio de 2001, como instituci\u00f3n descentralizada del estado dominicano con personalidad jur\u00eddica de derecho p\u00fablico, patrimonio propio y capacidad para adquirir bienes, ejercer derechos y contraer obligaciones, al amparo de las disposiciones del art\u00edculo 8 de la citada Ley.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e32e2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
