Clima e qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019aria<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d7dcee7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d7dcee7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nacido en 1971, se gradu\u00f3 en Ingenier\u00eda Ambiental en el Polit\u00e9cnico de Mil\u00e1n en 1995, con un m\u00e1ster en econom\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p><p>Durante m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, como director regional, se ha ocupado de cuestiones medioambientales y, en particular, de la calidad del aire, las emisiones atmosf\u00e9ricas, el cambio clim\u00e1tico y la energ\u00eda. Elabor\u00f3 y propuso para su aprobaci\u00f3n por el Consejo Regional el Plan Regional de Mejora de la Calidad del Aire de Lombard\u00eda de 2013 y su actualizaci\u00f3n de 2018, as\u00ed como el reciente Plan Regional de Energ\u00eda, Medio Ambiente y Clima con el que la Regi\u00f3n de Lombard\u00eda prev\u00e9 alcanzar los objetivos clim\u00e1ticos fijados por las estrategias regionales FIT for 55 y RePower de la UE.
