Founded by Rodolfo Bigolin in early 2022, Innovo Group SpA is a renewable energy player that operates in Italy and the UK in the wind, photovoltaic and battery storage sectors.

Located in Milan and London, Innovo Group develops, builds and manages projects for the production of electricity from renewable sources. With a portfolio of more than 2,000 MWp at various stages of development, Innovo is one of the independent renewable energy operators with the highest growth rate and aims to go public by 2026.

In Italy, Innovo operates through iCube Renewables, a 50:50 joint venture between Innovo Group and Iberdrola Renovables Italia, with a pipeline of over 686 MWp of projects consisting of 474 MWp of solar power, including photovoltaic and agri-voltaic plants, 140 MWp of wind power and 72 MW of batteries and storage systems.

In the UK, Innovo Group operates through IG Renewables UK with a pipeline of PV and storage projects of over 1,300 MWp.
