ACENOR A.G. is a non-profit trade association that brings together non-regulated electricity customers in Chile.
It is the only trade association in the country that represents the interests of free customers in the field of energy.

To represent the interests of free customers in the energy sector, adding value to its members by anticipating changes and permanent participation in the sector, enabling it to influence regulatory, technical and market areas.

To be the leading trade association in the representation of free customers in the energy sector, making a contribution to the community through its informed opinion and by providing relevant information on demand in the energy sector, generating constructive relations with other actors in the sector, and with a team recognised for its technical and communication skills.
