Born in 1971, graduated in Environmental Engineering from Milan Polytechnic in 1995, master's degree in public economics.

For more than 20 years as regional manager he has been dealing with environmental issues and in particular air quality, atmospheric emissions, climate change and energy. He drew up and proposed for approval by the Regional Council the 2013 Regional Plan for Improving Lombardy's Air Quality and its 2018 update, as well as the recent Regional Energy, Environment and Climate Plan with which the Lombardy Region plans to achieve the climate objectives set by the FIT for 55 and RePower EU regional strategies. He was the axis manager for the implementation of the regional initiatives of the Regional Programme POR FESR 2014 - 2020 for the energy and climate part and is one of the persons responsible for the implementation of the initiatives of Axis 2 of the POR FESR 2021-2027 on energy and climate (POR FESR 2021-2027 Axis 2 endowment about 600 mln euro).
