Athena Conseil
Founder
Franck Avedissian is an expert in energy transition. After working in international industrial groups (Alstom, Pechiney) and consulting firms (Kearney, Afry, Laplace Conseil), he founded Athéna Conseil en Energie et Industrie in 2015.
By providing a global view of the challenges of energy transition on a worldwide scale, the firm helps large and medium-sized companies to prepare for the turning point in their energy policy (transition to renewable energies or hydrogen, improving energy performance, involvement in smart grids, long-term power purchase agreements or "PPAs", electric or CNG mobility, etc.).
He also advises investors on energy-related acquisitions (due diligence, VDD) and on the most suitable financial instruments available for transactions.
Franck Avedissian holds an engineering degree from the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées (France) and an MBA from the Wharton School (USA).
