Michele has 15 years of experience in engineering, construction and management of renewable energy power plants across Europe.

Since 2005, he has been responsible at Edison (EDF group) for performance and process improvement projects to maximise the reliability of existing assets.

Since 2009, within the Falck Group, he has gradually increased his responsibilities in asset operations to become, at Vector Renewables, Head of Technical Asset Management for the entire Falck Renewables portfolio (1GW of solar and wind energy assets). He is currently the Global Head of Technical Asset Management.
