The Association for the Promotion of Renewable Energies (ASOFER) was born out of the need for a united voice to represent and defend renewable energies in the Dominican Republic. We ensure that every family, SME and industry in our country has a sustainable and responsible progress, eliminating the barriers that prevent it.

We seek to serve as a platform for the discussion and resolution of the problems that affect the development of renewable energies in our country and to work hand in hand with government institutions, electricity distributors and companies related to the energy issue in order to ensure that our field is fed from different sources and thus turn renewable energies into a cause with which everyone identifies.
