The National Association of Generating Companies -ANDEG, created in November 2010, is a private non-profit organisation, which brings together 12 electricity generating companies located in Colombia.

ANDEG is made up of private and public utilities, which represent 4,023 MW of effective generation capacity (2021), corresponding to 23% of the national total.

These companies have a firm energy of 31,043 GWh/year to deliver to the system, which corresponds to 40% of the total allocations for the period (20-21).

ANDEG and our member companies promote the rational, reliable and safe expansion of the generating fleet. This is why we are constantly evaluating and developing new projects that allow the transfer of benefits to the market and end consumers.
