The The Mexican Solar Energy Association (Asolmex) was created in May 2014 with the purpose of promoting the development of solar photovoltaic electricity generation at national level. Asolmex integrates more than a hundred companies related to all segments of the value chain of both distributed and large-scale generation. 

What we do?

  • We represent our partners before governmental bodies, industry, social organisations, the media and national and international audiences.
  • Impulsamos el crecimiento del mercado de generación de la energía eléctrica solar fotovoltaica a nivel nacional   el almacenamiento de energía.
  • We promote spaces for dialogue, analysis and agreement that allow us to identify collective actions that maximise the benefits for our members.
  • We encourage the formation of partnerships with the public, private and social sectors to address the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities in the sector.
